Unopened products may be returned for a full refund minus restocking fee  within 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted for returns. Refused unopened items return to our facility will incur a 20% restocking fee.  No open item is refundable after sale. 

Please note, our products are medical devices/ personal use. Once opened, it can not be resold and must be discarded to prevent any potential hygiene or safety risks.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering or alterations of product in any way or due to attempting to open the device, improper handling, cleaning or misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions in the User’s Guide. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.
